How We’re Serving the Greensboro Community

Social Distanced patient and optician

We started this year eager to bring you the coolest eyewear and most patient-focused service around, and while that enthusiasm hasn’t diminished due to COVID-19, this continuously evolving situation challenges us to reconsider how we can best serve our community.

We’re committed to ensuring the health and comfort of our clients and staff alike, and we can’t wait to help you find the perfect spectacles for Summer!

How We’re Keeping You Safe

We’re a health care provider, and we’re serious about our service: health and hygiene have always been important to us, from our exam rooms to our storefront. Our new policies are designed to exceed both CDC sanitation and social distancing guidelines, while making our patients feel as safe as possible. Our new policies include:

  • Free curbside services. We want to deliver your goods and services in the way that makes you feel most at ease!
  • Thorough sanitation measures. We have multiple handwashing and sanitizing stations throughout our store, as well as constant sanitization of all surfaces, equipment, and eyewear.
  • New policies on social distancing. We’re limiting max occupancy, training our staff to maintain social distancing, and supplying masks for employees and customers.
  • Masks are required in all indoor spaces, per recent county mandate. If you don’t have a mask, don’t worry, we have extras!

We’ll meet you at the front door at your appointment time, and we’ll take your temperature using a contact-free thermometer. From there, we’ll lead you to your sanitized desk for your optical appointment, or your hygienic exam room if you’re having your eyes checked.

Our team will be your personal guides to better vision, whether that’s your eye doctor advising you on eye care or one of our opticians carefully selecting frames for your personal tastes. We’re happy to be opening our doors once again, and excited to be able to meet your eye care and eyewear needs.

Now more than ever, your safety and wellbeing are just as important to us as providing top-of-the-line customer service. We won’t be able to accept any patients who run a fever or are showing symptoms of COVID-19, but we’re happy to work with you to reschedule if necessary.

While our website is updated on a frequent basis, mask requirements are based on the most current guidance from CDC and the NC State Board of Optometry and their guidance often changes with little notice, so our mask policy may be different than posted. Feel free to give us a call for our most recent updates on regulations pertaining to masking.
