Is working from home taking a toll on your eyes?

Follow the 20/20/20 rule! The rule says that for every 20 minutes spent looking at a screen, a person should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This helps your eyes relax and refocus, which is important when you’re working on a computer all day long. And don’t forget to blink!

Need some extra protection from harmful blue light? Give us a call to find out how we can add a blue light filter to your specs!

Ways to Support Each Other

Support Small Businesses in Downtown Greensboro

For small businesses, this is a uniquely challenging time. Consider purchasing a gift certificate from one of our downtown neighbors –  and from us here at OO!

Take care of yourself – and take a break!

It’s normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared or angry during a crisis. Physical distancing doesn’t have to mean isolation. Take a break from the news, each out to those you love and, above all, take care of yourself.
